Kuhnke 79 & 81 Series Amplification Valves.
Amplification valves are used to switch line pressure valves from a low pilot pressure signal. A pressure signal between 5-100 mbar applied to the control pilot port operates the valve. A characterised feature of this type of valve is a hardened, cut stainless steel spool and sleeve. The spool and sleeve are mated together during the machining process to create a precision fit.
A light lubricating oil allows the spool to slide effortlessly within the sleeve, no seals are required therefore a mechanical life expectancy averaging 100 million cycles can be achieved. Valves are highly reliable when used within clean environments; they are particularly suited for use in medical, dentistry and laboratory equipment.
Amplification valves are M5 ported, available as a 3/2 way or a 5/2 way valve configuration.
