Modular Subplates for Multiple Valve Assembly.
One subplate per valve in addition to two end plates are required per assembly, each subplate or end plate will be provided with the correct hardware for connectivity.
Subplates - One subplate is required per valve. Three threaded brass machined nipples are provided with each subplate, these are inserted into ports ports 1, 3 & 5 of the valve. Upon insertion of the nipples into the corresponding holes on the subplate, a spring loaded sliding clip secures the valve into place - see pictures.
End Plates - To complete your manifold assembly you will require a right and left end plate. Both right and left end plates are threaded (G1/4 ports) enabling the possibility to feed one or both sides of the manifold simultaneously.
Blocking Plate - Used within subplate assemblies to isolate air connections, they cannot be used as an intermediate feed.
It is possible to mix and match solenoid or air pilot controlled valves on the same manifold assembly.
