Roller Lever Operated Valves 2 & 3 Way G1/8 Ports Compact Type.
Pneumatic roller lever valves are used for the mechanical sensing of moving parts within machine automation. The valve is operated by detecting the linear or rotary movement of machine parts which then strike the roller lever, in-turn causing the valve to operate.
The roller wheel is positioned at the end of the lever arm which rotates in the direction of the moving part; this reduces the wear and tear of both the pneumatic roller lever and the machine part, for this reason they are a preferred mechanical method of sensing.
Pneumatic roller lever valves are constructed from a die-cast zinc aluminium alloy which is machined then lacquered offering strength and reliability. We offer a 2/2 way, or a 3/2 way normally closed spring return valve configuration.
This valve is a poppet design - poppet valves offer higher flow rates than spool types, so even though the valve is smaller by design the flow performance is not restricted. All threaded connections are G1/8.
Two lever types can be ordered - one way roller levers actuate in one direction only, or two way roller levers which actuate the valve in both directions.
