ISO Subplates & End Plates for Multiple Valve Assembly.
One subplate per valve in addition to two end plates are required per assembly, each subplate or end plate will be provided with the correct hardware for connectivity.
Subplates - One subplate is required per ISO valve. Two blanking plugs are supplied with each subplate, there are two output port configurations. Output ports (2 & 4) can be utilised on the underside or to the side of the subplate, blank the unused ports accordingly. For air pilot controlled valves, ports (12 & 14) are on the underside of the subplate, they are not used when mounting solenoid controlled valves. It is possible to mix and match solenoid or air pilot controlled valves on the same manifold assembly. Bolts for securing the valve to the subplate are supplied with each ISO valve purchased.
End Plates - Top, side and underside threaded for multiple connection possibilities. Each port is blanked, break through the respective ports required for connection or exhaust. Two end plates are required with each valve assembly. It is possible to feed one or both sides of the manifold in any orientation. End plates can additionally be used as an intermediate feed for larger assemblies where air starvation could be an issue.
Separation Modules - These do not have threaded ports, all ports are closed, they are used within subplate assemblies to isolate air connections, they can also used as a closed end plate.
Please note that it is not possible to accommodate ISO 1 and ISO 2 valves on the same manifold.
