Kuhnke 48.200 Series Pneumatic Regulator.
The Kuhnke 48.200 series pneumatic pressure regulator - designed for the delicate regulation of secondary air pressures, used where pressure stability is a necessity for your application.
They have characteristics similar to the 50.780 series pressure regulator; however, the 48.200 version is designed for systems where constant adjustment of pressure is not necessary. They are mainly suited for mounting within panel enclosures; there are two M3 threaded mounting holes sited on the side of the regulator used for panel attachment.
Relieving type pneumatic regulators allow the excessive build-up of pressure on the secondary side of the regulator to bleed off into the atmosphere while they are adjusted. Non-relieving regulators where pressure build-up is not a concern are used, for example, air motors or air gun applications. Pressure relief occurs downstream after adjustment through the normal operation of the equipment.
Output pressures range from 0 to 5 bar; they are fully adjustable within this range. There's an additional M5 threaded port should you require the connection of a pressure gauge.
Kuhnke pressure regulators - constructed of nickel plated brass and a plastic moulded material. Options include relieving or non-relieving types with M5 threaded ports. The pressure regulator is set using a screwdriver; a setting lock nut prevents tampering.
