OLV Linear Vibrator

Kendrion OLV series linear vibrators generate bi-directional linear motion by applying an alternating current to the excitation coil. The resulting oscillating movement coincides with the alternating current frequency, providing fast and effective rhythmic vibratory movement.

OLV linear vibrators are cylindrical. The body outer body is manufactured with steel housing with a fully enclosed excitation coil for heavy-duty applications where long-life service and robustness are necessary.

Applications include positioning paper in printing applications or compacting materials within filling applications when fitted with an additional weight attachment.

Phase angle controllers can be ordered separately for fine vibration adjustment through an alternating or direct current (via an integrated one-way rectifier). In addition, the phase controller can be DIN-rail mounted within cabinets with minimal space.
