Pneumatic tubing is suitable for use with our range of pneumatic push-in fittings. Colours include: natural, white, green, red, yellow, blue and black, available in many diameters.

  • PPU (Polyurethane) pneumatic tubing is a softer material offering an excellent bend radius, which is great for use in control boxes where space is limited.
  • NFM (Nylon) pneumatic tubing is suited for exterior use. It has a higher burst pressure and resists crushing, cracking or abrasion, and is used where pipework is often exposed.

Polyurethane tubing (PPU) is manufactured from an ester-based polyurethane that is lightweight, easy to handle yet robust, and resilient to cuts and abrasions. It resists kinks and flattening, suited to a wide range of industrial applications where reliability is fundamental.

Polyurethane pneumatic tubing is resilient to most fuels, oils, greases, solvents, chemicals and gases. Temperate range -50°C to 80°C with occasional use up 100°C, brittle point -70°C.

Nylon pneumatic tubing (NFM) is flexible, lightweight, easy to handle yet robust, and resilient to cuts and abrasions. It resists kinks and flattening, suited to a wide range of industrial applications where reliability is fundamental.

Nylon tubing is resilient to petroleum products, greases, alkalis, oils, fungi, moulds, and dilute acids. Temperate range -40°C to 70°C with occasional use up 130°C, brittle point -70°C.
