81 Series Cylinders

81 series stainless steel pneumatic cylinders manufactured to ISO 15552 standards meet European specifications, standardising overall cylinder dimensions and thread sizing to achieve interchangeability with all other manufacturers.

The cylinder profile is a cylindrical solid stainless steel tube with stainless steel tie-rods, adjustment screws, end caps and a stainless steel cylinder rod providing extreme strength and durability, designed for the harshest operating conditions.

81 series stainless steel pneumatic cylinders range from 32mm to 125mm bore; they are double acting with a magnetic piston as standard.

Options include stainless steel 316 and Viton seals for higher temperature use up to +150°C.

81 series cylinders come with end-stroke cushioning as standard. Cushioning slows the piston rod down before it reaches its end-stroke in either direction; this reduces impact and shock and typically extends the life expectancy of the cylinder.
